Refunds and Exchanges

7 Day Return Policy

SeamSoReal has a strong dedication to customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our address for a full store credit minus shipping costs, as soon as we have inspected the items and deemed that they warrant a refund.

(Customers will have to pay for shipping and handling of returned items.) Returns are ONLY accepted within 7 days of the shipped date. You may not return: digital products, sale items, any items marked, stained, used or torn in any way. Returns are also not accepted if you ‘change your mind’ or decide that the ‘style or color does not really suit me’. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped).

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.After filling out the form on the back of your invoice, you will need to pack up your items for shipment (in the original package if possible).  Attach the return label (you will receive this once you contact us) to the outside of your return package.  Please remember that you will be responsible for the shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you send your package with insurance.  That way you will be protected from loss during shipping.

After we have received your valid return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email stating that you have store credit with us.  Please allow 1-2 days from the shipping date for your account to be credited.

We shall have the absolute discretion to decide whether store credit(s) shall be awarded on case by case basis and you shall be allowed to purchase other item(s) at our site by the equivalent store credit(s). You could choose to top up the shortfall by cash if the value of the newly selected item(s) is/are higher than the returned item(s). All store credit are NOT refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.

For items that are manufactured by another party and resold by Us, please do not send such item back to the manufacturer.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.


If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
